Oldie but goodie.

Never heard of this person or group, but this is a pretty cool music video.

I don’t typically have music on while I read, but I occasonally do when I write. These tunes certainly have that foggy-woods-beyond-an-aristocrat’s-spooky-mansion vibe. Think A Turn of the Screw or Ghost Story.

This could be my October soundtrack. Excellent collection of creepy synthwave and horror clips. And–holy shit–the Boglins toy commercial! I remember having one as a kid. I wonder how much they go for these days…

 

This is a mesmorizing, psychedelic tune that would be perfect for a slow burn gothic horror movie.

The horror is subtle, but spooky if you follow the lyrics. Plus, it’s a beautifully catchy tune!
