It’s a poor man’s Invasion of the Body Snatchers or The Thing. You know the story: invaders from space (or somewhere) are masquerading as people to take over the human population. In the case of The Brain Eaters, small parasites attach themselves to the back of people’s necks and control their actions by (I guess) clawing into their brains. Read more “The Brain Eaters (1958)”

Glenn Davis Interview (1990)

W. Glenn Davis is one of the least reliable Roswell witnesses, in my opinion. His story is too far-fetched, the way he claims to have been privy to so much information, yet no one else backs his claims. I remember seeing much of this interview on Unsolved Mysteries years ago, and they left out the part where Davis says he told a black soldier that his father used to use people like him in his coyote traps. Yikes. Anyway, the Davis story, I think, does not lend much credibility to the Roswell story.

I Was a Teenage Frankenstein (1957)

I Was a Teenage Frankenstein (American International, 1957… | Flickr

As much as I enjoyed I Was a Teenage Werewolf, I figured I best give this one a go. It’s not bad, but it falls short of Werewolf in several ways. I Was a Teenage Frankenstein lacks the teen angst of its predecessor, for one thing, instead centering around the all-too-common mad scientist and the drama surrounding him. R100 (2013)

R100 | Watch Full Movie Free | AsianCrush

I’m not sure I’ve seen a film that made me utter “What the fuck?” more frequently than R100. Japan harbors some tricky filmmakers, let me tell you. In Audition, it seems like you’re in for a romantic comedy…until that burlap bag flips and the piano wire comes out and the guy’s leg gets sawed off. Well, with R100, you think you’re in for some kinky fun with a little comedy thrown in to keep it light. And that’s what you get for about half the film. Then it goes bonkers. UFOs and Aliens (1999)

Watch UFOs & Aliens | Prime Video

It’s an older documentary series, but still pretty good. I like how we hear from both ufologists and skeptics, something you don’t see anymore on shows like Ancient Aliens or UFO Files and the like. The arguments on both sides haven’t changed much over the last thirty years. I’d like to hear what skeptics say about the tick-tack UFO.
